2025-2030
Our work is structured around six interconnected pillars that form the foundation of our
Theory of Change:
Strengthen Frontline Services
Expand trauma-informed services across immigration, mental health, welfare, and employment; strengthen VAWG support; and build structured referral pathways with trusted partners.
Clarify & Deepen Focus
Ensure programmes are culturally responsive, inclusive, and rooted in lived experience, while clarifying the balance between serving the Filipino community and the wider ESEA community.
Strengthen Advocacy Campaigns
Align campaigns with frontline needs; set clear annual themes such as immigration, employment rights, and climate justice; and ensure service capacity underpins advocacy.
Build Stronger Partnerships & Community Engagement
Deepen collaboration with grassroots groups, diaspora organisations, unions, and
allies to enhance solidarity
and collective action.
Foster Organisational
Resilience & Accountability
Invest in staff development and wellbeing, internal systems, and accountability measures to sustain a caring and values-driven organisation.
Advance Transnational
Solidarity
Connect migrant struggles in the UK with global movements, highlighting the root causes of forced migration, economic inequality, and displacement in the Philippines and across Asia.
