LEAP Programme

LEAP creates a safe and empowering space for community members to share insights, build leadership skills, influence decision-making, and contribute to collective action for migrant rights and social justice.

We warmly invite migrants, survivors, community members, and allies who are passionate about supporting migrant communities to join the programme. Your voice, experience, and perspective matter.

To express interest please fill out the form, or contact us:

Group of diverse people gathered around a long table with food, in a well-lit room with windows, bookshelves, and artwork.
Group of people participating in a baking class making bread or buns indoors, with tables or counters covered in dough, baking trays with baked goods, and an audience or participants sitting and observing in the background.

The LEAP (Lived Experience Advisory Panel) is a community-led initiative of Kanlungan Migrant Centre that brings together migrants with lived experience of migration, exploitation, domestic abuse, mental health challenges, or immigration insecurity to help shape Kanlungan’s services, advocacy, campaigns, and organisational direction.
